This is my favourite kettlebell workout aimed at women (originally discovered over on Oxygen Mag) - it will build your core strength, as well as burn fat with this simple yet effective 30 minute workout. _ Kettlebell Workout for Women For exercises that mostly involve the lower body (swings, deadlifts, squats), trainer and author of the book Kettlebells for Women Lauren Brooks recommends beginning with an 18-pound (or eight-kilogram) kettlebell.
